Customer service is very important to us, and to ensure that our service levels remain high as we continue to grow, we utilise helpdesk systems that ensure customer queries are managed efficiently and effectively. Our helpdesk staff are here to assist you during normal office hours, and we provide a 24x7 emergency service for urgent out-of-hours assistance as well. If you need us, just call.

Support is charged on an hourly basis unless you have a support agreement with us.
We are continually enhancing our software to deliver products that meet your specific needs and our helpdesk staff are happy to receive such change requests from you. Upon receipt of these an Account Manager will contact you to discuss your requirements.
